The calendar below is for the four-week program; several courses for college/adult students run on a two-week schedule. Please see the course descriptions for details.

Saturday, July 4
Group flight from New York (four-week program only)**

Sunday, July 5
Group flight arrival, residence hall check-in and orientation

Monday, July 6
Program orientation, followed by first class
Classes run Monday-Friday,
9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., with one hour for lunch.

Sunday, July 12
Excursion to Chartres*

Tuesday, July 14
Bastille Day Picnic*

Sunday, July 19
Excursion to the Palace of Versailles*

Sunday, July 26
Weekend in Paris*

Friday, July 31
Last day of classes
Final exhibition of student work

Saturday, August 1
Residence hall check-out
Group flight to New York**
