Recent alumnus Douglas Segulja has been awarded first place in the Kölner Design Preis International (Cologne Design Award International). Segulja graduated from The School of Constructed Environments at Parsons in 2009 with a master’s degree in Architecture. 10/19/2009, Public Relations
