Certificate Records

Upon satisfactory completion of all Certificate requirements, you may file a Certificate Petition Form with the Office of Continuing Education 66 Fifth Ave Suite 200 New York, NY 10011. Forms filed by the end of each term are evaluated the following semester. If approved, the Certificate will be issued the semester following completion.
